great combination of glucosamine and turmeric (curcuma). One a day is wonderful. Much better than having to take 4 huge pills. this is easy to swallow, but effective.

Make sure you read the label! I purchase this for the ingredients listed on the title and the bottle which is what I wanted but I should have checked them all. This has 2,000 IU of vitamin D which is a lot and combining that with my daily multivitamin would put me right at the upper safety limit for vitamin D. I wouldn’t purchase this again because of that ingredient.
