Having dropped, and broken my other hair clippers and needing a replacement, I saw this version of the same, and decided to purchase during Black Friday. These are very sturdy with a metallic casing, are really well made, and feel substantial and comfortable to hold when using them. The motor is very powerful, and the quality of the hair cutting is excellent. While these are expensive, they are very good quality, are easy to both use and clean, and the charge time, and operational run time is really good... Really recommend these as a long term pair of clippers rather than buying repeat cheaper versions.

I recently upgraded from a corded clipper to the Babyliss cordless model, and I must say, I'm absolutely amazed. Let me provide some context: I have incredibly thick hair, and I've been cutting it myself since the start of lockdown. This premium clipper, which I acquired for £70, has already proven its worth. In just over 3.3 haircuts at home (at £20 each), it will have paid for itself. Upon its arrival, a few standout features immediately caught my attention. The clipper offers a wide range of sizes, spanning from 0.5 to 7, with additional options for those seeking seamless fades. Given my thick hair, I was initially concerned about its ability to handle the thickness, but it effortlessly glided through, confirming its status as a top-tier clipper. One of the most impressive aspects is its battery life, which extends up to an impressive 3 hours. This means I can power through multiple sessions without the hassle of constant recharging. Moreover, it's worth noting that the clipper has an aesthetically pleasing design - a subtle but appreciated touch. The noise is half the decibels of my previous clipper, I rate it 6/10 in noise, could be better but anyways it does a great job going though the hair. Initially, there was a hint of apprehension that I might have overspent, especially with more affordable options available on Amazon. However, after experiencing its performance firsthand, any doubt vanished. I can confidently say that this purchase was a wise investment. I wholeheartedly recommend the Babyliss clipper, giving them a perfect 5/5 stars.

I bought this to replace a previous model I left in a hotel on holiday. I loved that one, it was definitely a 5-star product. It came with four different heads that could be used for trimming hair and beards, shaving and trimming ear/nose hair. It did all of those things well. Sadly, that model was no longer available, so I bought this one thinking it would be a step forward. Sadly, this product is a regression to me. The head isn't detachable as it was on my previous model. You have just one cutting head, so it doesn't have the same adaptability. The cutting head is quite large, so it can get awkward to handle around the mouth and nose when trimming a beard. Not a problem for me on my old model, just changed the cutting heads. Since there is no foil razor attachment or ear/nose hair trimmer, I can't use it for those things. But, it does cut very well and comes with a good selection of comb guides which are easy to fit and remove. It is easy to clean and comes with a cleaning brush which gets under the blades nicely. There is also a little bottle of oil to keep it lubricated. Battery life seems very good. I've used this several times since I bought it and haven't yet had to recharge it. Probably about an hour of usage on the current charge and the charge indicator still shows a full charge. Charging time I couldn't tell you yet. I have only charged it once, on purchase, and that was overnight while I slept, but I imagine most people will use it this way so it shouldn't be an issue. There is a very clear charge indicator on the handle which shows 5 levels of charge, so you'll get plenty of notice that it needs charging. Overall, it is a very good trimmer and worth the price I paid (25% off). I've only marked it down a star because of the issues I mentioned earlier in this review. It just seems strange to me not to have interchangeable cutting heads that the other model had when they're similarly priced.

BaByliss Super-X Metal Series Cordless Clipper ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant quality and really solid construction. It feels professional and powerful, and the battery lasts for ages. The range of attachments makes it easy to get a clean finish, and it cuts evenly without pulling. The only slight issue is that it’s a bit heavier than expected, so it can feel tiring if you’re using it for a long trim. Still, it’s excellent overall and well worth the money.

Feels very cheap and plastic especially for the price, it broke within a year. For the price I would expect ALOT better. Other brands feel much more quality and are more durable for half the price.

High quality feeling. Heavy and metallic in the hand. Looks good too. USB C charging directly or through the dock. Quieter than other alternatives. Cuts how it should. Sensitive areas will still need soap and blade though. Foil shaver works fine for the face tho. Superb battery life. Lasting for weeks for me. I only use it every three days, tho. The only big con I found is the adjustable plastic head for getting less close to the skin, is a poor implementation. Often catches the hairs and painfully pulls. And doesn't always execute an even finish. Wish it came attachable to the large head and not just the small head. Update: I have docked stars because the adjustable clip/blade constantly nips the facial hair and it hurts a lot. (Still on my first charge since purchasing it months ago.)

Really good clippers, verry stiff - cut trought thick hair like througt butter. Battery hold really long. Perfect for shading haircut. But 0mm setting is more like 0,5mm. Need little bit of practice.

Très bon produit, de très bonne facture. Le changement de tête facile et le socle pour recharge super même si très peu besoin de recharger. Seul point noir , la vitesse de coupe qui me paraît lente , du coup tire le poil si on va trop vite. Sinon très bon produit

The clipper has a very good material. You can feel the high quality. The packaging of all parts is excellent. The only thing I did not like that I saw some hair inside the trimmer; so I think it was the showed piece in the shop.

I shave my head bald and usually use the traditional barber shavers like Moser and such but I was looking for something cordless, washable, light weight and can shave my head hair close to zero and this one ticks all the boxes. The only downside is that it feels a bit plasticish and sometimes wobbly when I am shaving but good all in all.
