Dimplex Chevalier Free Standing 2kw Electric Stove Style Fire c/w Remote Control

The fire is great but I am having trouble with the remote control - it worked for a few days and then stopped operating! The remote in the picture looks different to the one I have!

Extremely pleased with it.looks very attractive and been greatly admired. Works wonderfully and controls are so easy to use.
