Incorrect it is not Velvet fabric & is extremely small for an adult or my 13 year old daughter. It is flocking fabric which is extremely thin. I'm sew all the time & know my fabrics. My neck size is 14 inches which is very small for an adult & this necklace doesn't even fit. The claps & metal ends are very cheaply made. The fabric will eventually slide out of the end because its just pressed closed without anything else holding it. It did arrive on time. But not a good purchase for my family

Very disappointed. The picture could be the actual size as it is small. I think its a stretch to call the choker necklace as black velvet, seems more like felt. Also, the width is very skinny - not sure how much use you would get out of it before it breaks. The "beautiful Heart Crystal Charm" is a heart, a very small heart that looks plastic. I am again reminded that you get what you pay for but for around 13.00 for a choker necklace, I certainly expected more. I returned the necklace for refund. thx
