Best investment I've ever made, easy to set up and heats nice!!! Only complaint is I wish they evenly distributed the heating elements, center gets hotter than sides !!

I really live the portable hot stone set. I am a licensed massage therapist. My last set i bought was cheaper but it gave out. The difference between this 1 and my other 1 is that this 1 is bigger and comes with more rocks. Also the cord is detachable and has different settings. My last 1 looked just like it, just smaller and the cord was attached. Thats actually why it went out. The cord shorted out from being bent when packed. I love that the cord comes out so now i dnt have to worry about that again. It also heats up very fast and efficient. I love it. Great buy.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She just got around to trying it and guess what, it doesn’t work, and the return window is closed.

It is ok product not the best one out there.For the price i think worth but the quality is ok i can give 3 star as a professional massage therapist.

I made my wife very happy when I started including these stones as part of her massage therapy. The metal case is a bit thin, but it does heat the stones in about 30 minutes, and they stay hot for some time. Note, the stones are quite hot - they are very uncomfortable if placed on the bare skin. I suggest placing a bed sheet between the hot stone and the skin. My only complaint is that the thin felt-like material on the inside of the case seems cheap; otherwise, the stone kit works as advertised.

I’m so glad I found this set, it’s the perfect starter kit to get into stone massage.These stones seem to stay warm longer and warm up so much quicker than my friends clamshell set. When covered in oil they glide really well, and their shape makes it easy to hold in my hand as I give the massage.There's a guide to giving hot stone massages that is included which is really useful. I was thinking of getting a book, but this has been more than good enough.

The heating element did not work, BUT the Early Bird Products customer support has been fantastic. I was not expecting an answer the day after Christmas -- they not only responded - they offered to send me an upgraded product ASAP to make sure I am satisfied. That is how it should be!

Even though it was packaged nicely it was rocks that was broken. Don’t know how we can better hold rocks to keep from being broken up. Didn’t have time to send back cause I’m starting a new business for myself.
