Interchangable Coin Pendant. The latest fashion accessory consisting of a silver coloured stainless steel locket with two stones and Sterlina Milano branding on both sides making the locket reversible (please see pictures). The two coins are 33mm diameter and the locket is 37mm, the chain is a 2mm diamond cut ball chain the same colour as the locket and is available in various lengths which can be selected above.
