Easy on the tummy, great blend!
Super satisfied with Flora Omega Sport, I mix it with grassfed butter into my coffee, but have also just taken it by the tablespoon, very tolerable taste and I feel great knowing I'm adding a great blend of healthy fats to my diet. Says to take with food but I like to have it fasted, doesn't upset the stomach. First time using Flora products, look forward to trying more!

Amazing Product and Company
