Really good overall and excellent value for money. The size of the capsules is medium so not too intense to swallow! The 8mg may be on the higher side of what’s reccomend for anti aging. But I tend to divide it so that I get around 2-3mg. While the product is good- the evidence of this working is debated. I don’t feel anything quite yet but I’ll have to wait and watch. The packaging feels a tiny bit cheap but you definitely get what you pay for and perhaps a bit more. Just bear in mind that if you have gluten intolerance this may trigger it slightly- as it did for me- it depends on your individual sensitivity.

However, it’s my first time to buy their Spermidine Trihydrochloride for the quality, price and most importantly the seller who cares for the customers. It’s been two weeks now and I already started to feel a difference. I will put it under test for another two weeks and will update my review if required.
