We’ve been really happy with this baby monitor. The video is super clear, and the 360° camera lets us see the whole room. It comes with a parent screen and app access, which is really convenient. One of the best features is the 6-month CryAssist membership—it actually gives helpful insights into what our baby’s cries might mean (like hunger or discomfort). The monitor works great even without Wi-Fi using the parent unit, and the battery lasts all day. No monthly subscription is required unless you want to keep CryAssist after the trial. Definitely worth the price for the peace of mind it gives!

UPDATE: I've been trying to connect this to my smart home devices for months. Have followed all the instructions, done factory resets, ensured all devices are connected to the same 2.4 ghz network... and no dice. I contacted costumer service and have a pretty lengthy back and forth with them - have done everything they said, and it still doesn't work. This applies to both Google Home and Alexa. I am pretty confident that the problem is the device and their *terrible* app (spelling mistakes, outdated screenshots and instructions, links that go nowhere, and a redirect to a login page that says my account doesn't exist, when customer service has confirmed my account does indeed exist). I have countless smart home devices - lights, plugs, a mini-split, humidifiers, etc. Some have been frustrating to install, but this takes the cake. It's too late to return this item or else I would. The AI feature is free for 60 days which is probably how long we need it for anyway. It has been helpful in the beginning to figure out baby’s cries, but it’s not totally accurate. Picture quality is great. The monitor battery isn’t that long as others have mentioned, but it’s not terrible. It absolutely needs a standalone, physical (or easier to access digitally) volume button. It’s not a dealbreaker for us because we only have one kid, but I could see it being an issue for some families and some sleeping dynamics.

Works well. Has good mobile feature and monitor works well. I wish it could aim down a little bit more range of motion wise.

I bought this as a baby gift for a friend! She has bragged how much it has eased her mind being a first time mom!!

Update: Finally got an answer back from customer service after going back and forth for 2 weeks. They agree that the night vision is going out. They are sending me a new camera, but I still think this shouldn’t happen after only 4 weeks of use. I love this camera… when it works. We have only been using it for 4 weeks and already the night vision will intermittently go out. The only way to fix it when this happens is to unplug the camera completely, wait 10-20 seconds, then plug it back in. As you can imagine, this is not ideal at 2 in the morning with a sleeping baby and when the outlet is behind the crib. This has happened at least 10-15 times in the short time we have used the camera. It has taken customer service weeks to walk through this issue mostly due to the fact that I only get one email back a day, some days hearing nothing at all. I have sent videos and described what has been happening to them with minimal reply. I really wanted to like this product since it works on WiFi and has a home monitor, but what’s the point if the picture goes completely black in the middle of the night? I will likely be getting a new, more reliable, camera soon.

Works fantastic. It’s exactly what we needed to monitor our toddler as he moved to his big boy room!

The camera has a limited range of motion. It doesn’t do a good job of looking down into a bassinet or crib if you have it sitting on furniture instead of mounted to the wall, so you have to prop it up with other things to make up for it. The monitor barely works and it’s the most frustrating part of this product. It constantly goes “offline” (meaning it lost connection with the camera), even when it’s in the same room as the camera, so you have to restart the monitor for it to connect again. Also the buttons only work half the time so you have to press them multiple times for it to respond. Its really not ideal when you’re trying to check the monitor in the middle of the night and your significant other is a light sleeper. Not sure if it’s the camera, monitor, or both, but the picture quality isn’t what I’d expect for a new product purchased in 2024. Barely any color and the image isn’t super clear (I often need to zoom in to see if my baby is awake).

Purchased this from Amazon and am based in Melbourne as it says it ships to Australia however the cords are all in US and won’t plug in to AUS ports. Do not recommend to buy.

Great reach and the image is perfect. Easy to use, with lots of functionalities.

Easy to install and navigate. We’ve been using it for the past 8 months and have no complaints. Great picture quality and love that it has an app so I can see the monitor from my phone.
