I was surprised as to how sweet this product tasted. It says sugar-free so I wasn’t expecting it to be as sweet as it was. It does have a nice kind of pineapple juice taste to it. The dropper is good quality and works well. I like that the package is also well sealed when it arrived to prevent tampering.I love that this has 1500mg of a high-Efficiency magnesium blend. I originally got this because of the D3 and zinc helps tremendously during the winter months to strengthen the immune system. I have been able to sleep better during the stressful holidays and know that my immune system is helping protect me.Overall I like the product and the benefits it provides. It is a good investment, especially during those cold winter months.

I ordered this b/c it shipped fast & I was out. Magnesium drops have saved my sleep!!! They help me relax to fall asleep, help me stay asleep, and help with night sweats among other benefits. This particular brand/ bottle has not had the above benefits for me. I will return and will not repurchase this brand.

This supplement is a "thickish" liquid. It is easy to take and has an acceptable flavor. In addition to magnesium, it contains Calcium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Zinc, and potassium.

To be honest I quickly chose to try this without a ton of pre-research because I’m just sick of swallowing pills and there are no ingredients I disagree with. I already have magnesium, calcium, and some of the other ingredients in BIG hard-to-swallow pills that I dread taking.The box states produced 10/26/23 expires 10/25/25 so I know it's fresh. It claims to have a 2-year shelf life but my 2oz/ 60ml bottle at 2ml per dose won’t be around nearly that long.Like most supplements, it will take a while to be able to comment on the health results.What I can say is the delivery is a big win for me! I love the taste…like pineapple due to the organic pineapple extract. All the good things I want without the dread of swallowing another pill! What’s not to like?Directions say to take it immediately after a meal but you can also put it in water, tea, or a smoothie if you want.Although it doesn’t bother me I should mention there is a small drawback to the included 1ml dropper with .25ml increment measurements.The recommended dose is 2 pumps equal to 2ml. My dropper will only uptake approximately 65ml at most so I will have to be mindful and take 3 of those or more accurately measure 4-50ml squirts.I really don’t mind because I hate pills and like the taste but, for someone who can’t easily see the small numbers on the dropper or just can’t stand to be bothered with measuring it might.

This Magnesium Glycinate 500mg Complex supplement works well. I enjoy the delivery system of taking supplements from taking a pill or other forms as it goes down easily and you get what you need. The taste is good and not overpowering, and there is no aftertaste. The price is reasonable seems a little steep, but you get what you pay for with this, so the value for the money is good. Can't say I have notice significant results, but like most supplements, it just works over time. If you are looking for an alternative to getting a magnesium supplement with added potassium and other vitamins, at a reasonable price, then this may be the one for you.

Never got to try it as the entire thing emptied all over the rest of the items it was shipped with.
