I have been using this for 4 days straight, practicing trapping the soccer ball. I have probably kicked the soccer ball over 500 times. The soccer trainer is holding up nicely. Velcro is still holding strong, bungee cord hasn't lost its elasticity, and the ring holding the bungee cord is still perfect. Great quality product.

The velcro waistband is big and meant for older kids. My son is 10 and on the smaller side and it was too big but we were able to modify it in place. It works great for kicking but harder for him to throw with it. The wrap is meant for a full sized ball instead of a junior ball like what he has. Fun idea for older kids.

GREAT product!!! I kick pretty hard and the Velcro around the soccer ball has held up! The soccer ball stays in place!10/10 would recommend, and way better than the other products I've tried!

I have been using the solo trainer to practice my football punts. It saves a lot of time because I can keep kicking the same football over and over!

The adjustable belt is very comfortable! The ball holder is very durable. Loved this item and use it for coaching my kiddos!

The carry bag keeps it super organized. Without the carry bag the string would be all over the place in my bigger soccer bag.
