A good choice...it would help a beginner l8ke me to have the letter of the notes written under the musical notes however.

I bought this book to help my son who is learning to play the instrument.It is well put-together and laid out in a clear and easy to follow form.It has helped him progress through his Grade 5 exam and he has enjoyed learning and playing the tunes.Very good value for money

I could just write that one out myself , and I play trombone and bass guitar , you need to looking at a beginners angle , fingering , bowing marks etc . It's useless if you want to learn double bass , west of money !

A good collection of exercises

This book is produced by the ABRSM and so is ideal to support candidates through music exams. Fingering helps enormously.

Double bass scales with fingerings for grades 1 - 5. You've got to have it if you're learning the bass.
