Love the Ethiopian coffee. Costs a little more but it’s worth it.

Very Fresh, and Delicious! For Light Roasted Bean Lovers!
Great Home Coffee! I like light roast and flavor. Pretty bright and tangy! Even better when you make cold cup of coffee. I was actually much brighter, fruitier, sour but this is quite good one. ->> a bit bold but not quite sour or bright.Wish it was much brighter! (I’m just enjoying coffee, not knowledgeable)*I got Grinded Bean, but it was super fresh! Very aromatic. Amazon bag was full of coffee scent, and my husband commented this bag was the best bag we ever received lol

Excellent flavor and low acidity
I had given up drinking coffee for a while because it was always too strong and/or too acidic. Someone recommended I try Ethiopian coffee, and after searching on Amazon, I settled on Cooper's Cask. Very happy with my decision! Third day in a row that I've been able to enjoy a cup of coffee with no issues. Great flavor and priced right. I will definitely be purchasing this coffee again.

Good if you like light roasts
This had bright notes and tea-like notes. Not my cup of err tea, so to speak, but nice for what it was. Good quality. Grind is thick and so not for non-pressurized baskets.

You can drink it black!
I usually have so much CoffeeMate in my cup that any coffee would taste good. When I buy a new coffee I always take a couple sips before I add the creamer to get an idea of the taste. Before I knew it, half a coup was gone! I drank it black! Instead of using a flavored CoffeeMate, I use the Original so I can actually tast the coffee. It costs more than what you buy in the grocery store, but I ENJOY sipping it. Maybe it's because it is a mild/light roast?

Decent beans
If you pay attention, you can actually get a pretty good cup of coffee from these beans. You need to have perfected the grind, the pour over, and the temperature. It is possible, and I have done it.

coffee's home
My goto is SBC, backed up by good ole 8 o'clock decaf. .Nexf comes New Mexico pinon nut and Viet Highlands . With Southern Pecqn comig on strong. Was reading history of coffee's spread and saw Ethiopia credited as origin. Did not dissapoint. Adding to the rotation,
