85-95% sugary lotus root powder and barely any fruit and seeds, some black sesame seeds. It's not worth the price. I get more cereal and grain snacks from buying them somewhere else.

Colour was not bright as it was shown in the picture or video & did not have much nuts. The taste was ok but overall very dissapointed!
