My ear was clogged for about 2 weeks due to improper use of a Qtip and this device worked wonders. I suggest everyone have one of these. I will be using this regularly to clean my ears. Was easy to use, comfortable and nice that it is reusable.

I bought this to replace the old one my Dr’s office gave me. This has a slightly different screw-on tip, so that was a concern. On its first use, I was worried that with the flexible silicone of the tip, which didn’t allow it to be snugged down, that it may either leak or lose pressure…. Neither was an issue. It performed exactly as it should… I have really small ear canals and bad allergies - so ear stuffiness is a common irritation for me. This works really well to flush that out.

I have previously had to go to the doctor after snorkeling with a blockage of wax. It was my own fault, using a Q-tip to clean my ears after diving & accidently pushing it into my ear canal for a super tight blockage. It happened again recently (4th time ever) and I ordered this oversized syringe after reading other reviews. I'm glad I got the larger version as it took maybe 8 tries with warm water to clear my ear. I also used hydrogen peroxide for a couple of days and warm rinses in the shower to try to dislodge the blockage without success. But I do believe that helped to soften the wax somewhat before this syringe arrived.

I’m afraid to try the beeswax cones but I honestly feel this just added to the wax in my ear. No drainage, no yucky stuff I was hoping to relive my ear canal. Just honestly is not for me and I may need to try a different method!
