Good value
I like this rod, the length is good for my uses.

Actually used for fishing tackle
Although I am a part time tig welder this 5 lb box of rod was made into long wire heavy weight bottom walkers for walleye fishing.

All good except broken storage tube end cap.
I have not used it yet, but it appears to be good quality filler. One of the plastic storage tubes which are nicely assembled with o-ring gasket etc, had the bottom PVC cap completly broken out from slide-hammer action of the wire inside the tube in shipping. That was disappointing and the storage tube is to short to repair. Otherwise, I am happy with several tubes of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum filler ordered from this company.

Great pvc case
I generally prefer the longer tig rods because they are less waste. But I really like the pvc screw tube these come in. ( still need a good wipe with acetone ).
