I ordered this bracelet as a surprise for my wife, when we were going on a cruise for our anniversary. For a custom item, it arrived pretty quickly. We are very pleased with the quality of the bracelet, as well as the quality/resolution of the image.

It's hard to get a good picture in the little lens but it's clear in person and exactly what I hoped for. Good valentines gift🎁 the box is flimsy, kinda a waste of time on their part cuz I'm gunna toss it

Got this for my bf, now ex bf. But he loved it! It was super cute and well made, the only thing was when it got dirty, it was very noticeable when looking at the little picture, it had dots all over it.

EditedAfter leaving a negative review the seller immediately reached out to apologize, offer me a full refund or another bracelet. They also gave me a very simple suggestion to fix the black marks ‘ which was just dust on the opposite side of the charm. . I was completely wrong in my original review. I would definitely buy from them again. And I appreciate the lesson I so humbly learned ….not to be so quick to judge.I had bought one previously from another vendor and loved it but I lost it. I bought this one to replace it. The photo is horrible and has marks all over to the point you can’t even see the dogs face. Would not recommend

Would not recommend. The photo i sent was not blurry and had no blemishes. The bracelet I received has a blurry photo and there is something on the picture (looks like a small hair). I was very disappointed with what I received. There are no return options so I am just SOL.Please don't buy from this seller, the product is crap and shipping took a very long time.
