Trend Pocket Hole Jig Face Clamp Clamping Tool with Adjustable Pressure & Quick Release Lever, PH/CLAMP/F6

This is just right for the simple Trend pocket hole jigs such as the BK model and better than their standard clamps for this purpose. Small but will fit the jig plus 18-19mm board (doubt will fit board/timber thicker than 20mm). The larger standard clamps can move the pocket hole jigs very slightly but this does not seem to do that and also does not obscure the centre marks on the BK jig, so well worth the purchase.

Works great easy to use simple to adjust

I bought this to use with the Trend Pocket Hole jig. It works OK with that apart from the fact the jaws are so small you can only use it on slim timber, anything wider than 200mm then forget it. I therefore had to use one of my bigger clamps as I’m mainly working with widths of around 400-500mm.Therefore, it is now a very expensive normal wood clamp - for small jobs.

I bought this with the trend jig, but found I couldn't use it as with larger bits of wood you don't have sufficient jaws to clamp the wood you are drilling to anything else. Other than that fine - just too small - I ended up using my normal quick release clamps (which worked fine)

Had this a while now, but used it for the first time yesterday, works extremely well & very sturdy but not as big as you think... excellent clamp

Rubbish clamping capacity

They are all metal, nicely rounded and smooth, but I wish I had bought some others which have rubber handle coverings.

It’s very tiny. Have to undo it all the way to clamp. But it does the job
