Heavy duty
I’m using this to cover my sawmill head.It works great. Right size, heavy duty, good stitching. Ties are a bit weak but usable.

Plan on needing to replace it every 2 years
We have gone through two of these. I bought the first one in Sep 2015 and had to throw it away and replace it in Feb 2017. It was ripped to shreds, faded by the sun, and very brittle. TRASH. Bought the second one in 2017, and here it is Aug 2020 and cover #2 is now ripped to shreds, faded by the sun, and very brittle. TRASH. I guess 1-3 years isn't terrible? Definitely going to experiment with a non-cloth cover for the next grill cover attempt. If you plan on having this cover sit in the sun, expect it to fade from black to ugly grayish in about 6 months and be trash-worthy in about 18-24 months. If that meets your quality expectations for a $20 grill cover, by all means... go for it! I'll be looking elsewhere for Grill cover #3.

**UPDATED 4-9-18** Hot climates can be brutal on grill covers.
(UPDATED REVIEW)Unfortunately, although I really believed that this was a quality cover that would last in the extreme heat of my climate--it didn't. Less than a year from purchase, it has literally fallen apart. Original rating, 4-stars. Revised rating, 1 Star(Original review follows)I bought a grill and a grill cover from Home Depot in the spring of 2015 when I moved to Arizona. The grill cover did not keep the rain off properly (the grease cup kept overflowing whenever it would rain), and the cover totally ripped and disintegrated from the extreme heat by October of 2016. I believe that I paid around $48 for that cover. So I purchased this one from Amazon in November of 2016. Normally I would wait at least one summer before reviewing this item, but I will do so now simply because I can already tell that it is far superior to the Home Depot one.The canvas is heavy and well made. There are Velcro straps under the cover that can tie to the grill legs to keep it secure in heavy winds. The rain does not go through to overflow the grease cup. The top has two convenient handle straps to help lift the cover on and off. It also has a zippered pocket that I don't use, simply because the cover is heavy enough to lift on and off without adding any additional weight.I have no doubt that this cover will last much longer than my previous, more expensive one. I will certainly update my review if I experience any issues in the future. I am docking one star because the two pull cinch elastic adjusting straps on either side near the ground are relatively useless--they don't tighten enough to be worthwhile with a canvas this thick.

Looks sharp. Not bad for the price.
This is a re-order of this product to replace the same one I bought in Oct 2015. That one has faded to a light grey, become brittle and started to disintegrate, so it was time. The old grill cover was subjected to harsh weather, both brutally cold and sweltering hot sun, for 3 years and 5 months. The newer one seems thin and like a few savings were made in production, but overall looks nice, fits well and should serve me for at least the next couple seasons. Happy grilling!

Product Tearing
My cover is now starting to tear, it has faded but that is to be expected when outside. The cover has only been used since last October and in the garage from January thru March. What can I do to repair the tear or do I need to order a new one?Looking for quick reply so I can make a decision. THANKS !!!!!

I ordered the first one of these in black and it lasted about a year. To be fair, the BBQ sat outside all year and we have pretty cold winters with frequent snow and summers that get into the high 90's. For $27, I am not sure you can expect much more. I ordered a replacement cover from the same company again this year because I knew it fit my Thermos grill perfectly.

Good for the price
Lasted two years outside in direct sun, rain, and snow. It's pretty brittle now with several rips. I've probably used my grill ten times since I got this and treated it well taking it off and putting it back on. Decent value for the money. I've paid twice as much for covers that haven't lasted much longer. The fit is great for a large grill.

Doesn't hold up to the sun
We ordered one of these in 2015 and it lasted until 2020. Ordered a new one in June of 2020, and by October it is already falling apart from sun exposure. Not sure if the fabric changed? The grill is sitting in the same location that is has been for 5 years.
