Works well, great battery.
So we've been using this phone for about a month, and I am happy overall. First of all, the battery is amazing, the health checked in at 96% health, which is above expectations for a refurbished phone. The phone operates as it should, and performs perfectly. The only minor complaints I have are the blemishes that were on the body, which were a bit worse than expected based on the terms of Amazon's " refurbished excellent" condition, but they were still not deal breakers. This should have been reflected in the price, or lowered the condition placement, as the scratches, though minor, were still visible further than 12" away, and the camera lens appeared to have adhesive or a seal visible underneath, which you do not see on new phones. The battery was d.o.a. (dead on arrival), but like I said earlier, it has excellent health (according to the phones internal check). The phone was somewhat dirty with dust/lint (possibly dandruff) and some fingerprints which could have easily been wiped off before packaging, but because the phone works so well and the battery is in such good condition, I overlooked the flaws. So overall I would recommend this seller, as the flaws were a somewhat fair trade off for the performance, and I know not only would it be a nightmare to return it, likely faced with resistance and jumping through unrealistic hoops as often sellers make it difficult as a deterrent so buyers just keep it, but also getting another one may have came with the same flaws anyway and a lesser battery. (I don't know for sure that this seller operates like that). Don't get me wrong, the price for this was fair, though I would have valued it $20- $30 lower for the flaws that were immidiately visible. I would hope they clean the others better before shipping, because even though these phones have been used, they should be clean, seeing fingerprints and dust or dandruff isn't ideal. I know there are some complaints here, and some may seem petty, but they all apply to Amazon standards for "excellent" class of refurbished. Being dirty is a simple fix, just clean it, especially before applying the adhesive screen protector because debris is now under that. The adhesive (if that's what it was) under the lens may have been an excess when putting the phone back together, or maybe a slightly crooked seal, but it doesn't seem to effect the camera view. As for the dead battery upon arrival, thats not good if the phone had sat longer before being sold. Lithium based batteries should be around 50% while storing, or waiting to sell. Good phone overall, which still earned the 5th star here, but I have purchased better for the same price. Actually I have bought 2 other phones which were around the same price and a little better condition. But they are all different, and you wont always get flawless, and I knew this was not going to be brand new. I do recommend this seller because the phone works great and the flaws are covered anyway, so if you need a phone and can't afford, or don't want to pay full price, I say give them a shot. Hopefully they read this and future sales are cleaner and charged before shipping.

Virtually brand new
The IPhone I received was in pristine condition. 0 imperfections. As expected, it needed to be charged up, but when powered on, battery health was 98% with 152 cycles. Phone has worked flawlessly since activation. Very pleased with phone so far.

The promise of renewed premium is real!
Am quite happy with the phone. There wasn’t any visible scratches or damages. Had my service provider run a check on it for lost, stolen or carrier locked and other such stuff and it came out to be clean. It also came with a battery Max Capacity of 92%; so definitely above the promised 90% even if not by much. It’s been a great experience so far. And my return window on the item on Amazon shows 365 days from the day I got it, so seems like the promise of renewed premium on that is good as well.

Please be careful
I received an iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered from Amazon. I bought this phone as a gift. We received it sealed and left it that way since it was meant to be a present. I felt so embarrassed when I gave the gift—everyone was so excited, especially the person receiving it. But the phone never turned on. It never turned on—the screen just flickered, like it was trying to power on but kept shutting off. We never even saw the Apple logo. Just the low battery icon. We connected it to the charger it came with, then to an official Apple charger directly, and still, nothing. Unfortunately, the person was left without a gift, and now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and explaining what happened. I’m forced to leave a one-star review, though if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. So please be careful. A callout to Amazon and the sellers: at least make sure you’re delivering something of real value. We’re not asking for more than what was paid, but this isn’t even worth zero dollars, it’s unusable. And now, for the return, we have to wait up to 30 business days for a refund. So if you don’t have spare cash on hand, you can’t even make a new purchase or get a replacement right away. The whole return process takes time. The gift itself is no longer meaningful. It’s not just about whether the device works, this entire situation ruins the whole point of giving a gift. I’m sorry to have to write all this, but I felt it was important for others to be aware.

Works well, no complaints.
The phone came in great condition, no cosmetic damage other than some light scratches on the screen. The software functions properly, no lagging, it doesn’t seem like there is any damage internally that would affect the speed of the phone. The battery health came at 93% which is the only reason in giving it 4 stars but everything else worked great. Upgraded from a iPhone SE 2020 so this was a great upgrade, especially for the price.

Powerful performance for a great price
This is the second renewed premium device I’ve picked up here. Like the first one, this one is in pristine condition with no visible signs of wear, no scratches, dents or dings. Battery capacity is 93%, with 230 cycles, so that’s pretty good. This model is really in the sweet spot for someone looking for all the elements of the latest iPhones at a fraction of the cost compared to buying brand new. It has the Dynamic Island, pro motion screen refresh, 48 megapixel main camera and Apple Intelligence. The newer models really only have incremental changes to the cameras and slightly larger screen sizes which are barely noticeable. Performance wise, I do notice that this model runs faster than the iPhone 13 Pro that I upgraded from. So far I’m very happy with the phone.

Excellent Value!!
I ordered this iPhone 15 Pro 128GB in Blue on a Saturday and I received it on Monday, so very fast shipping. It was packaged well too. The phone arrived in near perfect condition. I only noticed the smallest of scratches on the edge of the screen when I went to install a screen protector; it’s so small I thought it was dust. I don’t notice it when the screen is on. It’s so small I can’t find it again to take a photo to post here! Other than that, the phone is perfect. Battery health is 100% with no cycles, and says it was first turned on in April of this year. Not sure if it was just overstock or if someone used it once and returned it, I have no clue. But I basically got a brand new phone for cheaper than a base 16 model. I was a little worried because I tried buying a “renewed” iPhone 15 Pro last week from Amazon and it showed up not working (it was also from a different company, not BidAllies so it kind of doesn’t apply to this review, just wanted to mention it.) I think the “renewed premium” must be the way to go. To get virtually a brand new phone for a significant price saving is a huge plus. It doesn’t seem to me that anything was replaced either, everything seems stock. I would recommend running a diagnostic out of the box just to be sure everything works before transferring your old phone, but I only say that because the first refurb I got had an issue (again, different seller and listing.) I will definitely be using this company again in the future and appreciate the quality they operate at. I came from an iPhone 11 so this is a pretty big upgrade without breaking the bank. A win-win!! I definitely recommend!!

iPhone 15 pro
5 stars, for some reason I’m not able to select 5 stars. So far so good. iPhone 15 pro came with 99% battery health! I paid for premium condition to avoid the hassle of receiving a phone that would need to be returned due to low battery health, since I already had the unfortunate issue with another Amazon seller. It looks like new, no scratches, and as far as I can tell the speed is good.
