I love how easy this is to work with and the results that it produces are top notch! The color of the silver is perfect and gives a semi-reflective (not mirror) finish. I use these on replica blades for as close to realistic look without electroplating. I highly recommend for 3D print artists.

Great product!

I do chemical glass etching. When I want to add some color, I use this product. I put a dab on an old cotton sock, rub it into the etching, wait a minute, and then polish the glass to remove any excess Rub-N-Buff from outside the etching. If you don't wait long enough, the cream smears in the etching. After that happens it is hard to get an even coating. You have to wait for the Rub-N-Buff to completely harden and try again. If you leave it on too long, it becomes very hard to wipe off the smooth part of the glass. The color stays on with hand washing. I wouldn't suggest dishwashers - I suspect the high water temperature will soften it. At least that is what the wisdom of the internet says but I haven't tried it.Some colors cover better than others. Also, as it gets older you have to massage the tubes before using them. Even then, the first squeeze may not work well. That is part of why I apply it to a cotton sock - to see what that particular tube is about.

I used this product to enhance picture frames and was pleased with the results. Good coverage using it on my finger to go over elevated patterns on the frames and then buffing with a soft cloth to a nice finish. Good selection of metallic co!ors.

Where has this stuff been hiding all my life? Goes on easily and produces a real attractive look. Simple to apply with sponge or brush. Can remove mistakes with Bar Keeper's Friend.

Rub and Buff is some of the best finishing touches to DIY/crafts. This is easy to use and a little does a lot. Layer in thin layers and once dried use a soft cloth and buff until you reach the sheen you want. Excellent purchase and worth every penny. Time to try other colors!
