I have been taking them for about a month. They are easy to swallow capsules. I like that it has elderberry, vitamin c, and turmeric in one. There are other ingredients but having those three helps me out because I am taking just those two capsules for three plus supplements.

I bought this product along with Turmeric Curcumin (same brand). I like it alot. The main reason is that I have felt none of the stomach queasiness that I normally feel when I take a multivitamin. I take it with a handful of other supplements and no problem at all. I will definitely purchase again.

Not enough vitamins

I take these because my Rheumatologist recommend I take 100MG per day for Lupas. Blood work showed that I was low, and being low can cause exhaustion symptoms. I'm feeling more pep in my step after taking these for 1 week. Good brand!

Since I started taking these vitamins, I have somuch energy, I don’t get tired quick like before. I highly recommend this product for women. I know there are many vitamins out there, but this one is very different and good quality.
