Go buy a living plant
Did everything as instructed, no joy. Not a single seed germinated. Tried propagator with different type seed & all was well, so not a complete disaster. But for Strelizia, save your money & buy a living plant.

Instructions not great. Still not germinated after 8 weeks and soil has gone green and slimy on top.
