We used these as a preworkout. The taste was refreshing but I was expecting a more Cherry flavor. It’s light.We had a nice energy kick without the jitters or a bad crash afterwards. It kept us alert and focused throughout our work out. Plus, we had a few of them when we didn’t work out just for the energy boost for a busy day.

4/12 of the cans badly damaged. These cans where in the corners of the 12 pack. Only 1 can was damaged enough to leak. Tasted the flavor and I would say it’s exactly like a cherry jolly rancher. I enjoy the products from bucked up and saved some money buying a bulk pack, although suffered a loss to one can from shipping. It’s a risk I will take again and will update how the condition of the cans are in the second attempt from shipping.

We received our drinks, one was busted and completely empty and only 3 cans were normal cans. Others were dented.

This energy drink is pleasant to drink if you like sweet candy flavors. The cherry is not very natural tasting, but it's not necessarily supposed to be since it is "Cherry Hard Candy". It is perfectly fizzy upon opening the can and it is refreshing to drink. I'd consider this more of an energy drink rather than a pre-workout drink as it doesn't have the same effect as pre-workout drinks can have on your body. Nevertheless, it is decent as an energy drink and get you more alert when you are feeling sleepy.

These don't have the trademark "cold medicine" cherry flavor, but tastes almost like an actual hard candy, which I was super excited about.These have a good amount of caffeine, and have a nice fizz, and these are an easy one a day drink for me.

I'm not a big coffee drinker and usually go for one of my favorite brands of energy shots that sells bag-in-box energy shots. I gave these a try even though I'm not a big fan of the larger sizes and they're not bad. I'd prefer a sugar-laced energy drink over these sweetener but that preference. I get it if you drink these all the time - that's a lot of sugar. However, if you need 300mg of caffeine for a pop up you may have bigger problems, lol.Summary: No sugar, still very palatable due to sweeteners, hard cherry candy flavor is meh. Cherry isn't one of my favorite flavors but it does give a cherry candy-like vibe.

To be fair, I do like how I feel when I drink these. Even though it's packed with 300 mg of caffeine per can, I don't feel any harsh jitters, tingles, or palpitations. For the most part, these energy drinks are pretty gentle to my system...or I'm simply immune to high caffeine products. Either way with no harsh crash hours after sipping, these give me a pleasant and reliable boost to drudge on for the day (and may I note that these are particularly great to sip on for late night gaming sessions). What i absolutely am sure I don't like is the taste. It's supposed to be a cherry flavored cotton candy flavor, and instead this comes off as a very gross cherry coconut margarita-like concoction. So I needed to gulp this down for the sake of just not really tasting it. I have tried two other energy drink flavors from Bucked Up, and yet out of all three this is personally the worst-tasting one. The flavor does slightly improve if these are drunken ice cold, if anything. But this won't sadly be a repeat purchase, however their other energy drink flavors will get a lot of mileage out of me!
