I’ve tried plenty of protein powders, and most either taste off or mess with my stomach. Not this one. The flavor is actually really good (I got the chocolate), and it’s super easy on digestion — no bloating or discomfort at all.It’s packed with everything I was looking for: high protein, creatine, BCAAs, and it fits my plant-based lifestyle. I take it before my workouts and definitely feel a boost.Only downside? It’s a really fine powder, so it can get a bit messy when scooping or mixing. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for how well it works and how good it tastes.Definitely a new go-to for me.

WOW! I’ve been vegan for over 11 years and have tried every plant based protein but this one flys high above them all! I never usually buy vanilla (big chocolate gal here) but I needed something more neutral to bake with. This golden vanilla tastes like the best vanilla birthday cake you’ve ever eaten! I’ve noticed a big difference in my workouts, recovery, and overall muscle building just in the month that I’ve been using it too. This is the first creatine I’ve had and I couldn’t be happier. In the past I’ve had some digestive issues with other brands like Kachava because of the high amount of fiber I consume with a vegan diet. Not with Birdman! The lack of fiber was something that concerned me at first but it’s actually been the best thing for me. It has lower sodium, sugar, and nearly twice the protein I was getting with Kachava and at a better price! I am 100% a Birdman woman now! My favorite way to enjoy this is with 1/2 cup almond milk, two frozen bananas and one scoop of powder in a bowl topped with berries and hemp seeds. Try it and thank me later y'all<3

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!I should have realized it was a sign when it didn't have a scooper inside. How that's even possible is beyond me.The consistency was like baby powder. When I mixed it (with water) it separated in the glass. The power settled at the bottom of my container.When I tasted it, it was horrible!! The flavor was gross and it had the color of gray mud.When I saw a picture of another customer that had the whole container in the trash, I should have known better then to order it. Especially knowing there's no returns. Believe me, I followed suit.**DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY**I've never regretted purchasing anything from Amazon, until I bought this mess.

Great for casual athletes. However, if you track your proteins, count your Macros, calorie intake, etc. Please read the label. Unfortunately I did not until I realized my progress had seemed to slow down. The label shows 31g of protein HOWEVER the DV sits at 44%. Meaning the ACTUAL bio-available protein is closer to 22g of protein using PDCAA scoring. Overall decent for the flavor and milk alternative. But I wish they didn’t amino spike the protein to show a higher value than it actually has.

I just tried this for the first time and my first impression is that this is wonderful. The flavor is good and true to the vanilla like it says. It’s INCREDIBLY smooth, the smoothest vegan protein powder I’ve ever had. 10/10 in terms of texture.My only grievances are that with this fine texture means that the powder is also incredibly fine. It blew up when I opened the bag and drifted out everywhere because it’s basically dust particles. It makes me sneeze when I open it and I hate knowing that my $70 powder is going to waste. That’s my second issue. $70 pains me. Quality is quality, though. I haven’t found a good vegan protein like this yet, so overall I would recommend this product.

Not an expert on protein powders but so far this is the best tasting one I’ve had. Tastes better with water in my opinion
