Pure Sun Defense Sunscreen Lotion, Spiderman - 50-8 oz

This sunscreen is great! Rubs in easily. Not greasy at all. No sunburns or allergic reactions after a day on the beach (I have very sensitive and pale skin). It’s awesome to hear the kids say “Did you grab the Spidey stuff?” when headed to the beach! For sunscreen with a fun logo, I highly recommend!

This is a tough review to write. The product is a five star item. The expiration makes the product useless so it is really a zero star item. (1) I use this sunscreen all over my body for both golf and tennis which means I am in the strong sun about 12 hours a week.I have virtually no color on my body. I've never had a sunscreen work so well, go on so easily and feel so good. It has a creamy, not sticky, texture which goes on very smoothly and quickly with very little residue. I have not used this product on my face for fear that it will drip into my eyes and cause tearing as I play sports although the product says it can be used on the face. Very happy with this sunscreen and that is why I purchased more. (2) I Just received the new tube today, July 22, 2018. It had expired about four months ago (April, 2018). ALREADY EXPIRED! Tried to return it but it was "not eligible for return" because it was sold by a merchant with a no return policy. To me, selling an expired product means they are not providing what they say they are providing. (To their credit, Amazon is making this good for me). (3) Be careful where you buy this product. According to reviews and answered questions, through Amazon Prime sales, this sunscreen is not necessarily up to date. Some have very short periods before they expire and I don't know how you can determine this before hand. Unfortunately, this product is very hard to get, if it is available at all, from any vendors anywhere.

I've used this sunscreen for years, and it's great. But the product I received was old, with an expiration date 6 months from now. The Pure Sun Defense lotions I've bought in the past have a 24+ month shelf life. I recommend Pure Sun Defense lotion, but not this particular item fulfilled by Amazon.

Great lotion for adults and kids. Rubs in easily and does very well protecting from sunburn. Have bought several times.

My husband uses this windsurfing & running - it stays on well, is cheap enough, and doesn’t bother his skin.
