Not as good as the powdered formula from another brand
I started taking powdered Bee Propolis not expecting any noticeable difference. However all of my intestinal troubles went away. I bought these pills as I will be traveling over seas and didn't want the hassle of mixing powders while away. I gave these 1 month and all of my intestinal problems have returned.
