I have several from this company
These were the best, heaviest and studiest cat condos. Have had several from this company over last 20 years. While they are still very sturdy and heavy, they aren't using the same carpet grade as they used to. My original held up for almost 20 years, but now the carpet starts fraying and pulling right away. Not the sellers fault! I will still likely buy this as last longer than anything else.

Well made, easy assembly
Is a well made product. Wanted real wood and carpet and it says it is. Ordered gray, not really gray at all. Disappointed in the color but I kept it.
