J'utilise ce produit depuis 4 mois. Je remplace un repas par jour et je mange les autres repas équilibré. Avec un peu d'exercice cardio, j'ai perdu 7 kg dans 2 mois et en 4 mois, j'ai déjà perdu 9.5 kg. Le produit ne me laisse pas faim et le gout est agréable.

Ne mérite aucune étoile ce produit est infect. Une odeur horrible j'ai essayé avec du lait normal puis avec du lait de soja rien n'y fait. Juste envie de vomir.

Smells a bit mad, but tastes as good as any of these things can. Thicker than expected when mixed, but in a way that feels like it helps the drink to be filling. Am on my first day with it, had it for breakfast at 9am. It's 2pm and I'm still full and not thinking of lunch. Seems to be working. It mixed very well in a shaker bottle, no lumps. Pleased with this purchase.
