I've been buying this shampoo brand for many years. It is the best shampoo on the market. It does a great job cleaning your hair and it has a nice subtle scent (like of like a mild orange and vanilla) and won't give you a headache like those strong lavender shampoos and other crazy chemical-like smells. It can be used as a body wash as well, although I prefer to conserve for my hair to make the product last longer. It's a little more expensive than I would like but I'm OK with it. At least this is a little bit more cost effective than to keep purchasing the shampoo bottles. The ingredients are much gentler on scalp. This new "milk carton" container refill is an upgrade from their last flexy-plastic refill container. When you reach the end of this carton, you can simply add a little bit of water and shake it up and get multiple additional uses so you get to use every last drop of this awesome shampoo.

We have been buying this body wash/shampoo for over 5 years and still love it. We appreciate its cleaner ingredients and the orange vanilla scent is so refreshing and soothing. The liquid is a good consistency - not too thick or thin. It cleans well and leaves baby and kid hair soft and smooth. We highly recommend and will continue to buy over and over again!

Go to for sensitive skin. Smells great and doesn’t cause skin reaction on my son whose skin is very sensitive. Love it! The bigger size is helpful as we were always running low on the smaller bottles, now we just refill!

I was a little hesitant to use this as both a shampoo and body wash, but was looking to reduce the amount of toxic chemicals I'm exposed to on a regular basis. I gave this product a try and am really happy that I did.I'm glad they switched the refill container from a plastic bag to a paper carton, but it's pretty pricey and the largest refill they offer is 32 ounces, which isn't enough for 2 full refills of their standard size 18 ounce bottle. I wish it would come in at least a half-gallon size (64 ounces).The product itself is a 5 out of 5. The refill I'd rate maybe slightly lower due to the size, but still closer to a 5 than a 4 star purchase. Highly recommended.

Me (44f), and twin 7-year-olds use this as body wash. I like the safer ingredients and the scent. My kids did not want to use baby shampoo anymore because they are big kids, lol. This is great

Love the honest brand and I wish this was larger. I buy the refill carton often so i don't have to keep buying the bottles. This is the same size as a large shampoo that I can get at a big box store. If it was like a carton of milk that would be more value for the refills. I have been using this since I gave birth to my son because its a gental cleaner and shampoos very nicely. I like that its not harsh and smells amazing. The carton is easier to use than the shampoo bottels. Its not heavy at all. But I still wish it was bigger.
