Spidey and His Amazing Friends: Teamwork Saves the Day!: My First Comic Reader!

We’ve read this book so many times now, I’ve memorized it. It’s one of our first comic style books and our 3 year olds it and requests for us to read it to her all the time! She definitely gives it 5 stars!!

These little comics are the best. I bought the series for my three year old who can’t read and he’s spent hours going through the pages and « reading » them on his own. He requests that we read them every night before bed, and brings them with him to « read » on his our way to daycare in the morning. I wish that I could find more! They are a solid favourite.

I purchased these to gift to a 5 yr. old Spider Man fan. (I wanted to gift a comic life the great comics we grew up with and/or collect. Graphic Novels (to me) are not comics. They are books.)I purchased the first 3 volumes of this series. Intended to build reading skills: Volume 1 (ages 4-6 yr.) Volume 2 (age 5-7 yr.) and Volume 3 (4-5 yr.) Not logical. I won't be buying these again as age out of sequence.There are a few pages with instructions to parents on how to use "comic" with child to begin reading skills.Some Story Lines may not be suitable for all children to come across on their own. e.g. the first few pages of one story had me thinking they were building a bomb
