I guess you get what you pay for. Solar lights are a difficult product to buy, as in my experience they don’t tend to last very long. These are one of the times that the unit has failed after 4 months of use. I would suggest looking elsewhere and perhaps paying slightly more. Look great when they work on my blue pine tree. Now they’re in the black bin. Disappointed as these lights didn’t even last 6 months.

I bought this for christmas for the tree in the garden (as one would!) the first day it arrived, it must have had a little bit of charge because that night it lit beautifully, however, subsequently every day it got dimmer and lasted less time until just 5 days since installing it, it now no longer works at all. the front of our house gets a lot of sunshine and although the weather has not been brilliant recently (it is December after all and these lights are really for this time of year - they would be pretty redundant in summer with the light nights!) there has been plenty of daylight.Not impressed at all. I think I would rather have battery powered ones that I can replace the batteries in every couple of days at least they will light up at night!A total waste of money.

Lovely lights, but just wish they would stay on longer than 2-4 hours! The first set stay on for about 4 hours. Is that because they have been up longer? The second set was a replacement so has only been outside for 4 days and only stays on for about 2 hours. Really pretty bright lights and would have given 5 stars if they stayed on all evening. Hoping that the longer they are up, the longer they will stay on. Seller provided good and prompt service with return and replacement and frequent friendly contact to make sure all ok. 5 stars for the Seller!

These are SO pretty. I have them on my patio, wrapped around a suspended silver birch log and then they reach all around a standard bay tree. Every evening is magical! They seem to be very reliable and delivery was quick and efficient. I recommend them to all my friends, many of whom have ordered and are similarly delighted. I also have a plain set and they too are magical - twirled around a climbing rose over the summerhouse!

They are lovely when they are lit but they don't hold the charge for more than 3/4 hours, so very disappointing and I wouldn't buy them again. Possibly it's due to a faulty battery but we have other lights which stay alight for at least 10 hours.

I got three packs of these lights for the garden. The solar collectors are on top of a wall and pointed at the sun for nearly all the day. All the sets have different performance - one lights for 10 minutes, one for an hour, the last for 90 minutes. Feel these aren't really winter lights unless they get lots of sun. Once working they are great. I've put these around my plants and they look good. During the day the cables blend in with the leaves. Disappointed as I also got some  Powerbee Endurance Solar Star Lights 100 Quality Superbright LED's Multi Function Indoor and Outdoor Garden Lights for All Year Round Use  and these lights just work.

I bought these lights with a little scepticism as I have bought other solar lights which have not been bright or lasted very long but I have to say these met my needs very well. They were easy to put together and from the beginning were bright and lasted when having a party or barbeque, lighting up my garden. My neighbour has electric lights and mine are just as bright and colourful. The length of lighting is also good and went the length of my garden. I would recommend these.

very disappointed. All lights have stopped working. I would like a full refund of my money and i am having to oder from a different company. Will not be buying off you again. Rubbish, would like my money back plese
