This bag was a great find. I had been looking for years to find a replacement for a very worn-out bag made by Leeds that I have been using for 20+ years. This bag is almost identical in size and material. I use this bag to hold my teaching materials for my Sunday School class. I am very happy with the quality and construction and appearance of the bag. I am a bit disappointed in the pockets - they are small. I found that the best place for me to put pens and markers is the inside zippered pocket which is quite small, and when filled with a few pens, pulls the inside lining down so it looks oddly baggy. On the plus side, there are water bottle holders on both ends (exterior pockets), and the interior of the bag is completely lined in fabric. I cannot tell if the bag would be waterproof in a rainstorm because the inside lining prevents you from seeing if the canvas has a plastic/rubber coating on the inside. Hopefully it does. I have a legal-sized leather "portfolio" that I put in the bag that gives it some "backbone". Otherwise the bag may look a bit saggy - depending on how full you have it stuffed. I would not use this bag for a laptop, although a laptop would fit just fine. It is just that there is no cushion whatsoever, so you would have to be very careful when setting the bag down if there were a laptop inside. The bag is very lightweight and very sturdy which is exactly what I need for my teaching materials - papers, puppets, markers, books, etc.

It’s really nice looking bag, that’s the positive. The negatives are that it is a little too floppy and not sturdy enough on its own for my purposes. I was hoping to use this as a computer bag and there is only one in side sleeve that has padding there is no padding for the other side of my laptop and new padding on the bottom, so it’s not safe or secure enough if you’re cute looking to use it for your laptop

I got this as a gift for my husband. He uses it all the time! It is good quality and looks nice. A++ in my book!
