I should have read the description better, the cover is just a cork print over leather, not cork leather. That aside, It's a little hard to deal with and if you dont have it jammed with notebooks/the plastic parts. The notebooks will just fall out if you dont have at least 3-4 things in there.

It is a beautiful notebook! Useful and exquisite.
