Great product n good flavour

Brilliant! Love this! I use it in a mushroom pasta dish and it gives a very delicate truffle flavour. You only need a small sprinkle so the product lasts for ages.

Undecided about this but not the best sign when it even brings to mind Asafoetida though I do sort of like it. As a lot of reviews state or imply it has a very nice hint of truffle but not very forthcoming when added to a dish unless you search out the flavour in your mouth. If you tip some into your clean (or rotten dirty if you prefer extra flavour) palm and lick it off then there is a very nice truffle zest fungi flavour but I didn't get the same when I sprinkled it over my bacon and cheese pasta even when adding some truffle oil. Still early days and I think I will use it all but will I buy it again? It wouldn't be a disaster if I got to like it more and did end up trying again. The jar does seem that it would go a long way, adding little sprinkles here and there and it does have a bit more flavour zip than smoother truffle oil. Probably worth giving a try. If it really did add it's flavour more noticeably to food then it would be 5 stars from me. As some have suggested it's maybe overpriced as is but it's not terrible. I think it does grow on you.

This item heard about it once then tried it once the taste was mind blowing. The smell is strong and has a gritty texture. So be careful on the size you use as it is potent. I use a lot and it has lasted a while so the durability of this product is good and as I said the quality of is top notch

Its pricey but worth every penny. This is my second purchase. I use this alot, when cooker pasta dishes and sprinkle on plain crisps. Its also nice on chips! You don't need to use a lot so the jar last month's.

Overall it’s great for the price and is a cheap way to recreate truffle flavour. The smell of the seasoning is fantastic however when it comes to actually eating the food it always lacks the taste compared to the smell. Still a good product but not quite what I was hoping for.

Excellent flavor. Very potent. A little bit goes a long way. Turns Campbell's cream of mushroom soup into a gourmet bowl of WOW!
