The cart Looks nice when assembled, getting it that way is not a lot of fun. The protective film should come off more easily if you use (as suggested) a hair dryer to heat it. Some sharp edges on the shelf corner ends. Two people makes assembly a bit easier

The utility cart we added to our garage has been an exceptional addition, proving to be just as suitable for our church's professional kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised as I unpacked this cart. Mine arrived without any damage, and was packaged well. The shelves all had foam rubber on the bottom to deaden sounds of the metal shelves. All the hardware was provided as well as a hex wrench to tighten the bolts for assembly. The assembly was quite easy. Just remember, the four bolts that hold the wheels in also hold the lower shelf in place.Once assembled the cart was sturdy and rolled easily. Two of the wheels have brakes, and the brakes are easily turned on and off with a tow-kick levers on top of the wheels. After assembly, I loaded the cart with about 200 lbs. to test its strength, and it handled it with no problems at all.This cart is a very welcome addition to my shop.Recommended.

I have to say when assembled this is a fine looking cart!Assembly is not difficult even though the instructions are sparse. All of the hardware is provided and very high quality. I sorted out the assembly fairly quickly and was very happy with the process - UNTILUntil I started the process of removing the protective film off of the individual shelves of the cart. That process too over three times as long as it did to actually assemble this entire cart. This film is glued or stuck onto the beautiful stainless with some kind of super power adhesive. It did not leave behind a mess, it was just a real pain to get started to peel off and then it stuck like super glue.Other than that, I love the assembled cart, the casters are very nice and heavy duty and the shellves are very beautiful.

When I assembled this, I could net get it to sit level. It is warped, and one or two wheels are off the ground, unless it has 15-20 pounds of weight on it. I read the other reviews and I tried loosening all of the fasteners, and retightening them with the cart sitting on a level surface - but it is still warped. The very shiny stainless steel is protected by a coating that I had to peel off and that is a bit of a hassle. I sliced the coating down the middle and peeled off from the middle, rather than peeling from the thinner fragile edges. It was still a bit of a project just to remove the coating. Overall, the cart will work, but it would be more useful if it wasn't warped.
