I needed one, (ONE) for my son’s car. Instead I get 25+. So, I figure if he breaks one of these every 10 years, we have enough to last us until the year 2525 so I got that going for me.

Both of the hood prop grommets did not fit on my 2008 Honda Civic Si, even though the listing says it fits my vehicle. They are not deep enough, but I got it to work by breaking off one of the prongs (Although it doesn't fit completely flush). On top of that, the plastic material seems to snap very easily to any sort of bending, so I recommend heating them up before installing. Thankfully the price is very cheap, otherwise I would give a lower rating.

Got this for my 2005 Honda CRV, and none of the included pieces would fit. I tried to manipulate the “pins” to get the hood prop & grommet into the hole that it sits into on the body of the vehicle, and it was a no-go. I haven’t tried these with my 2000 odyssey yet, but based on how the original grommet looks im not confident it would work with the odyssey either. I ended up going on the Honda dream shop website, and found the part number for the oem hood grommet and ordered it from eBay.
