Horrible. Too big for my head and it's not adjustable. The Velcro is very cheap and there's so little of it, that is may as well not be there at all. Straight to the bin.

This strap works. Lifts the chin up, not pulling it back. Wide straps are comfortable. This does not interfere with my CPAP mask.

Wear it with my Cpac - very comfortable
