I was on a search for a bismuth product that didn't have sucralose or other artificial sweeteners. I stumbled upon this brand and decided to give it a try. I have repurchased a couple of times. I find it more effective than other store brands. Even after taking half a dose I often feel so much better. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a cleaner "Pepto" alternative.

Hoping to save some money - weak and ineffective. Not sure why same suppose level of ingredients. Bought Pepto instead.

Works just as good as the name brand product. My husband uses it more than I do. Very good value for the money
