I really wanted to give this yoga wheel five stars, however the product was damaged when I received it. The wheel is wide enough to feel supportive, and the diameter is perfect for gentle back bend and stretching assistance. However, the mat material is poorly adhered to the wheel itself. - The damage on my item was a tear in this material.

I have been doing yoga for about two years, but this is my first experience with a yoga wheel. I had been reading about using them to enhance your poses in Yoga Journal and decided to give this a try. I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems sturdy and well made. The inner ring is a very solid plastic about 1/2 " thick, with an outer covering of cushy yoga mat material. I have been incorporating it into my workouts, using it to add depth to poses and make certain poses, like bridge, easier and more fluid. It also works well for rolling out tight leg muscles. Very happy with this item and am sure I will continue to learn more ways to use it!
