GoGo Tuners TT-1 Clip-On Chromatic Tuner

Its done everything I expected it to do so far and to my ears is accurate. Clear display and clear indication of in-tune or not. The chromatic setting was the main reason for buying it. I leave it on the chromatic setting as this allows me to check the tuning whether using a capo or playing open strings. The bright orange is a bit in your face but it means you're less likely to leave it behind at the end of a gig. In mic mode it will even tell you what a note is if you sing it! Once set up, for everyday use you just turn it on and use it as it keeps the settings.I have tried a couple of other people's Snarks when playing in pubs and their batteries always seem to be on the way out so the display is hard to read - time will tell how well the battery lasts on the TT-1. The battery tray is not a problem if you are used to replacing batteries in similar gizmos, however although the instructions tell you "to observe the correct polarity on the battery", they don't tell you which way that is. Its +ve facing up btw.Update a year from purchase - in regular use, not had to replace batteries yet.

Really pretty, sensitive and easy to place and handle.The battery must be placed under a tiny clip which my kids missed and pushed away. Fortunately my partner saw it and could easily repair it. Nothing about this in the instructions.The pitch and flat setting are easily changed accidentily. I wish it required a combination of buttons. I hope my kids will always check that, the future will tell.

I think its great .. im a beginner and its very good..it does loads more than I need it for also.. very easy to use and not a bad price either. .:)
