I initially recieved the wrong ball washer and posted a negative review. However, customer service was great and shipped the correct ball washer too me immediately. The included bracket was a perfect fit for my 2011 club car precedent and everything worked nicely. As stated by the a previous reviewer the bracket is plastic, not metal as advertised. However, the plastic bracket is more than sufficient and helps kee the weight down
