Works perfectly for standard hand pump bleeders Schwaben is the one I used!
The product I've been waiting for! This worked perfectly for standard sized hand pump brake bleeder. I own the Schwaben one, ( which is really a rebranded one) I own both Euro and Asian vehicles and wanted adapter that fit my existing Schwaben brake bleeder. This item worked flawlessly with a 2015 Rav 4 AWD. LE No mess, pumped up to 15 PSI and held perfectly! Thanks for making this, I am satisfied with the result!

Great bleed adapter
Great brake bleed adapter. High quality machined parts make a much better seal to the master cylinder on my Toyota than a cheap plastic bleed adapter. I had to change the quick disconnect on it to work with my power bleeder but otherwise it works great.

Paired well with my Motive bleeder for my two Toyota vehicles.
Pressure bleeder adapters can be hard to come by for many Toyota models due to what's essentially a friction-fit cap design versus other manufactures' varying screw-on types. That's my way of saying, if you have a Motive pressure bleeder like I do, you'll need to look at other company's adapters to pair with it. Luckily, this CMTOOL adapter was perfect for my needs. We're currently a Toyota / Lexus household, and it has worked perfectly for both on multiple occasions! This adapter got the job done once I fit it up with the necessary hose and fitting to mate to the Motive bleeder reservoir. It's a great value, and I anticipate it being able to get the job done for years to come thanks to a solid design and quality materials at the price point.

you will need a pressure pumped bottle to fill fluid into master cylinder.
cost is high, plus need another item to make this adapter to work, when i can just buy a bottle fluid filler that clips on the master cylinder and keeps master cylinder filled.

Leaked through fitting threads and sprayed brake fluid everywhere!
I tested for leaks with no fluid in the bleeder and it held pressure. I then added fluid and pumped it up to 12psi. While I was bleeding my rear brakes, the fluid must've eaten through the small amount of thread locker and created a pinhole leak. Fluid sprayed out for a few minutes before I saw it, making a huge mess. I pulled the fitting off and found that the threads on both the fitting and the manifold were very low quality and very loose. I used first used 3 layers of Blue Monster teflon tape (which is fairly thick) and it was still too loose to seal. I then tried 6 layers with still wasn't very tight but it was tight enough to stop the leak.To anyone that gets one of these and uses it, make sure to drape shop towel over it to contain the fluid if it develops a leak! You'll save a lot of cleanup time.

Just replace fitting with 1/4" industrial for DIY rig
I have been using my own one way airline valve on a bottle at the caliper to bleed the brakes. The weakness was on the brake pedal upstroke some air could get in at the threads of the bleed screw. I wanted to switch to pressurizing the reservoir but did not have a clean solution. This item is the clean solution. It fits the reservoir perfectly. It comes with an unfamiliar connector that OMtool uses. It is a standard 1/4" threaded hole so I just removed that fitting and inserted an industrial style 1/4" fitting. To bleed I just remove the old fluid from the reservoir and refill with clean fluid. Cap it with this device and hook up my compressor line set to 15lbs. Follow the standard bleeding process at each wheel. Keep an eye on the reservoir and refill if necessary

WAY BETTER than my old approach
To bleed the ABS system of my Lexus, the master cylinder must be pressurized to 15psi. I guess to overcome the relief valves inside the ABS pump/block.Before discovering this particular item, I rigged up what you see in the attached picture. It consisted of an OEM master cylinder cap, drilled/tapped for an air fitting - then setting the regulator for my shop air to 15psi. The two tangs that secured the cap to the reservoir were insufficient to deal with the force generated from pressurization - thus the piece of cord wrapped around the whole mess. Additionally, air would leak between cap and reservoir. It did work - but was a pain to mess with. This product does the job much more easily and effectively. Wish I had one much sooner.
