As far as products for men go, this product is amazing. The material is elastic. None of the unnecessary plastics that make that squelching sound when you walk. The elastic band around the middle has four plastic bars embedded in the torso area which really help with rolling down when you sit. In addition, the band around the middle is very comfortable. My midsection was maintained without the feeling of not being able to breathe. There is an access point for using the bathroom in the front as well, making it easier to wear at the gym. Also, the backside does have an area to lift and shape the gluten. I am a 6' 2" man, around 350 lbs. I ordered this product at 3x and it fit well. The shorts go up to my ribs, making sure that my belly is within. The legs reach about mid-thigh. The shorts do not ride up or roll down. Great fit for those looking to shape up while working out. They even helped contain the sweat.
