I drive a Honda Fit, and the seats are notoriously uncomfortable after about an hour (something I wish I had known pre-purchase). I ordered one of these cushions in hopes it would help with my knee and sciatic pain while driving. Unfortunately, I didn't measure my seats before ordering; I just assumed there was a standard depth and width for car seats. This pillow turned out to be much too wide and deep for my seats, so I felt like I was going to tip over when I sat on it. I thought maybe I could use it for my desk chair at work instead, but again it was too deep so I had to return it. It's not the seller or the product's fault; it was just too big for my needs. So if you drive a smaller car like a Honda Fit, measure before ordering.

I guess this is good for a skinny man or a child. It is in no way wide enough for a woman with an ample bottom! I'm a size medium-large and this was unusually tiny. Its too bad because its a nice material.
