Great Style, Fit, & Quality. QC?
Theae are my first pair of Oboz and I had heard good things about the brand. The style, fit, color, and materials are all on point. I loved the shoe and wore it around the house and office for the first week to break them in. By the end of the first week, the stitching was coming undone.I looked at reviews on several sites and noted only a couple reviews mentioning quality issues. I plan to exchange them but will watch the next pair closely for any issues. After wearing the replacement for 6 months, I have no complaints. I love this shoe. It's well made and comfortable. There may be some QC issues with my first pair but the replacement is excellent.

Better than Merrill and are worth every penny!!!
These are some of the best shoes I have ever owned. They are better than my normal "GO TO" Merrill brand (and not as heavy) I'm on my feet 10-12 hours per day and they are still comfy and look great. I get compliments all the time. Casual but smart at the same time. When I manage to wear these out.....I will definitely be ordering some more. Worth every penny!

I think I am an Oboz guy!
I live in central Florida and needed a pair of casual shoes to wear to a bar or museum or just hanging around downtown Orlando in my shorts or jeans; something other than my usual old tennis/running shoes. These fit the bill perfectly. They are very comfortable with good arch support, but run about a quarter size small. I've worn them for about two months pretty regularly and they have broken in nicely and they still look great.

Extreme comfort
I was preparing to go to Washington DC with my 8th grade class. I knew I needed shoes that would be comfortable walking and standing a lot. I have worn Oboz before so I got these without even trying them on. I’m happy to report that they were great. 22 miles of walking over 3 days and hours of standing in lines and my feet held up very well thanks to these shoes. I highly recommend them.

Just as comfortable as their day hikers
I love my Oboz day hikers but the outsole lugs tend to be a little soft for street use. The insole on these shoes is typical Oboz (great) and equivalent to a pair of aftermarket Superfeet. The outsole is very solid (somewhat stiff in a good way) and flat. The tread design looks like it will wear much more evenly than the outsoles on the day hikers (Sawtooth). Good traction wet and dry. The outsole looks kind of like a typical tire tread would. Roomy toe box. These are gonna work well with jeans and casual khakis. I've found that Oboz seem to run a little small compared to what I usually wear. I typically wear a size 11 but my last three Oboz have been an 11.5. The size 11 is just a little snug. Remember when Merrell and Keen made great shoes? These are what those shoes used to be.

I tried on a pair of these at a hiking/ outdoors store and they were incredibly comfortable and had great support, but were a half size to large and no more in stock, they also cost $200. So I ordered off Amazon in my size. The shoes I received "look" the same, but they are NOT as comfortable.. it feels like I'm walking on a thin sheet of cardboard and not very supportive.. they are still good overall in quality of construction. They were less than half the price of the ones from the store, so I'm not too upset about it.

My second pair of Oboz and I couldn't be happier
Size and Fit: The length is true to size, and I feel like the toe box is pretty close to normal width, if not leaning towards wide, but is somewhat higher volume than many other brands. Not a wide shoe, and nowhere near a Keen, but wider than Vasque for sure. Good if you have high arches or issues with shoes putting pressure on your metatarsals. I have high volume feet and usually size up, but the toe box is roomy enough so that I could probably get away with both my normal 10.5 and a 10, although I'll probably stick with the 10.5.Quality: Terrific. These shoes look great, have high quality leather, and maintain a casual but respectable look. Great deep tread, reinforced toe box, good combination of flex and support, and actually nice insoles with good arch support. The tread is pretty versatile and can handle light hiking. My last pair of Oboz lasted longer than any other shoe I've owned, and these actually feel like they are slightly higher quality. I'm glad I found this company.

That insole is so comfy- I was a Lil concerned about a review I read that said it was a loud shoe. That guy must have gotten a defective pair or something. Mine are silent. True fit. I like a stiff shoe for the city. I expect them to break in a Lil but exactly what I hoped for
