The media could not be loaded. Wooden bad is to small. You can get it on but you’ve really got to fight with it. Contacted the company & never heard a word back. Glass itself subs great.

The glass is wonderful to sublimate on, very nice, however the glass does not fit in the frame, I sent back 2 orders, the teplaceoagain did not fit

These are super cool. I sublimate them as gifts and everyone loves them.

I'm so sad :-(After spending time making designs, I sublimated one glass. I sublimated beautifully! But when I went to put it into the wooden lighted frame it didn't fit! The glass is the correct measure, so it must be the frame that was made too small. I really, really want to make these, so I'm going to order again. I hope the next batch works out. I see mixed reviews here, so I'm not too optimistic. I will update if I end up with better results next time.UPDATE: Second order (different size) had the same issue and will also be returned. I've contacted PYD Life and will update here if I get a response.

I really like these picture frames, they sublimate really well and look fantastic. Although, I haven’t had any issues with the 5x7 size the 6x8 doesn’t fit the base. Looks to be an angle issue with it. In trying to put the glass in I broke the one side. So in order to use these I had my husband router the groove a little bit more and re-glued it back together using the glass as a spacer. The result was fine but I don’t think I’ll buy any more of that size until they fix the issue. I haven’t tried the 8x10 size as of yet but will continue to purchase the 5x7. Because of the issue with the 6x8 I took down the rating a notch. It would be really neat if they offered these in landscape format as well.

The media could not be loaded. I love this led photo frame it makes perfect gift for everyone. The instructions are very simple and easy to understand. It’s a great product for your business if you do sublimation. I will surely by again.

I put a picture on of my parents for Christmas and the glass picture would not go down in the base at the bottom. No matter what we did the picture will not go into the base if the 2 pictures I did. So now I have a glass picture that I cannot put into the base. The pictures turned out very nice other than them not fitting the bases I would do them again.

THE GLASS WILL NOT FIT INTO BASE 5 x 7. I despise dealing with such things as it's a HUGE inconvenience as a customer, what kind of quality control lets this sort of thing happen??
