The capsules are manageable to swallow. I only take one a day. I learned to time my dose to accommodate my lifestyle. They have no side effects for me if I take eating 2-3 meals per day. My Howell movements a complete and without straining. I could not tolerate two a day as it gave me cramps.

I used this for constipation but at week 3, I do not see any improvement. I am skeptical this will ever work, but finishing the bottle.
