First of all, this is honestly the worst pre-workout I have ever consumed. I've tried over a dozen, and this takes the cake by FAR in terms of how Absolutely rancid it tastes.It tastes exactly like diluted cherry cough syrup (the unsweet kind too)With that said ... I'm numb to caffeine at this point, but this gets me going. If it can get my caffeine-toleranced booty up and running it's doing a good job.Also, the pumps are nice on it. This is the first pre I've found that didn't criminally underdose it's beta alanine.I'm drinking it, and I'm mixing a ton of MIO flavor drops in.Get this pre-workout and treat it as unflavored. Mix in 0cal juice, mix with flavor drops, just don't drink it by itself.(Mixed 2scoops with 20oz water)Yeah, I'll probably buy it again tbh.

I’ve been working out for about 20 years, competitive power lifter for 10 and over that time I’ve used many pre-workouts. The taste is not bad, but none are all that delicious anyway! Compared to the “best” well known name brand this comes close but not quite there. I’m on my second jug, after the first week it felt great after that I don’t know if my body adapted or the ingredients are sub par but it doesn’t work as well. I still feel better during my workouts then before so something is still there! Now don’t get me wrong it still works just not that much intensity as before. Always look for L-Citrulline, Beta Alanine, and a natural source of caffeine, those are the 3 MUST haves. Along with that if it has creatine and BCAA that’s a plus, though that should be it! There shouldn’t be more ingredients, anymore is NOT needed as a preworkout. Most importantly you can’t beat the price. So I’m giving it a 4 because there’s no 3.5 because that’s where I think it falls. Main pros: works great in beginning, price is great. Cons: Intensity of product decreases over your usage time. Hopefully I don’t have to take 3 scoops because then it’s not worth the price! I would suggest giving it a try.

I switched to this product because the pre workouts with creatine were bothering me both physically and mentally. Great pump and focus! After switching I’ve actually put on some good lean muscle and not just water weight.I use half of the recommended usage for a good workout of about an hour or so. I work out after work and I don’t have a problem sleeping at night. My only complaint is that it makes me a little grumpy at night afterwards. I take a mild antidepressant so it may just be an interaction with that. On a Plus side I wake up the following morning with pep in my step.

I found this product to do what it says it will. I was able to get through my workout without losing stanima and it didn't give me the jitters which some other products have done. It is a little grainy but the taste is good.

This product works well. No jitters and keeps me going at the gym. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it makes me feel itchy. Besides that it is a good product

Thought I was getting two bottles but only one came. Works pretty well once you get over the uneasy stomach feeling. However, I must warn that it is pretty potent so beware of your intake.

Propel is the best pre work out I have used in the 10 years I have been lifting. I use 1 scoop and still have energy after 1&1/2 hr. workout. Propel provides me with the focus I need to help me with heavy lifts. I emailed their support and they quickly responded with answer to my question. Will order again!

Excellent product. Nice to see a company actually put some thought and science behind their product (dosage wise) instead of some garbage hype. I Feel a good energy boost when using this. I usually just have to use 1 scoop per workout. This is now my go to pre workout for the foreseeable future.
