I was a little worried about buying this, as it is kinda cheap. But, it only took minutes to install, has not leaked a single drop, and works perfectly as advertised. I like the 2 piece design, that allows me to take it off quickly if needed. So, I'd say buy this with confidance.

This is my third bidet from this seller. My first one fit beautifully but second one had some adjustment that I didn’t know how to do so I just bought this one - it fits perfectly- the second one was missing a part I was not aware of! But the best thing is now I can use either one with the current fitting!

I almost sent mine back thinking it didn’t work, but thankfully saw a review that fixed the issue for me. Resharing here in case it helps someone else! Once it’s installed, if it’s not spraying in the right direction and almost seems like it’s spraying backwards, there’s a piece of plastic that you might be able to move back and forth on a hinge where the water comes from. You need to pull it forward into the front piece until it clicks. I think it needs to be installed before you see the opportunity to do this. Pull it forward to snap into place, and then it works (or did for me!).
